They dared to consider “different”, “innovative”, “advanced” as their middle names; names that still run in the veins of the college.
With merely 200 full time students during the inception, Conestoga College was a tiny wanderer amidst the giants, seeking an identity, a path. But this little wanderer did not play in the safe sands, instead, it chose the road less taken, the road of technological education.
Throughout the 70s, our heroes, the audacious educationalists and futuristic thinkers, fought many battles.
