The founding fathers... Oops! Let me correct myself. Joking aside, the founders of Humber College were visionaries! Gordon Wragg was the very first president, spearheading a respectable team of educators who dared to dream big. Their main goal? To offer high-quality education that could "take flight" beyond Canada's borders.
Moving onto 1980, and here's a fun fact for you. The Humber College became an independent institution. Yes, you read it right! They no longer needed the government's helping hand, and they spread their wings like an eagle.
