It was no less than a dream come true for the founding members, whose vision was guided by the light of education and a will to provide quality education to every nook and corner of the land.
Twist in the tale came when in the 1940s, amidst the Second World War, this educational sanctuary was requisitioned for war. With mortar and bullets echoing in place of scholarly debates, it was difficult times for this infant institute.
As the war ended, the phoenix that was Cornwall College, rose from the ashes, undeterred and stronger. The first courses, primarily catering to the local industries, were introduced.
