This same year, over 400 champions of knowledge enrolled themselves there, marking a spark of intelligence that would soon transform Las Vegas.
Echoing Mahatma Gandhi's philosophy of "Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever," the founders, a passionate bunch led by Dr.Paul Meacham, an energetic, charismatic guy, took a leap of faith. He was the torchbearer who laid the foundation of the CSN, taking the young community college from infancy to adulthood.
