Fast forward a bit, and Edith... Now there's a lady you need to remember. Edith Blanche Ingham, naught but 23 winters old, gave a saucy wink to tradition and leapt headfirst into the male-dominated academic world of the then Indiana College in 1867. Punky move, huh?
