It all started with two passionate educationists, Miss Thelma Y. Minnock and Miss Dorothy E. Bridge. Their burning desire for quality vocational education sparked the creation of a cozy little evening school. They named it 'The Bay State Institute', not your typical stuffy classroom we reckon!
Miss Minnock and Miss Bridge, the trailblazing ladies, they played a huge part in shaping the 'Bay State Institute' into a place of learning different from the rest.
