In the groovy year of 1977, two ambitious folks by the names of Arthur Keiser and his mamma Evelyn had landed upon a rather bright idea. They were sipping on chai, like we do quite often, and came up with the idea to embark on a journey of higher education. Keiser University sprang from this caffeine fuelled brainstorming session and boy oh boy, has it taken the education world by storm!
Towards the 1980s, the university spread its wings, and how! They started venturing into new domains namely healthcare, business, biotechnology and so on. Gradually, Keiser University stacked up close to 100 degrees offered in these fields. Yeah, you heard it right, a whole hundred degrees!
Even in the American market, grabbing hold of accreditation isn't exactly a cakewalk. But guess what? In 1986, Keiser University had the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) rub their stamp of approval on it. Cool bananas, right?
