He set the stone rolling, building a school that was to later shape countless brilliant minds. A little secret to tickle your funny bone - he had no principal or teachers but he was game to call it a university! Man, talk about vision!
As the years rolled by, a great man named Brother Louis DeThomasis took the reins in 1984. With an eye for progress, Brother Louis became the 'change-champion' of Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. He knew he had to rock the boat and so he did, revamping academic programs and starting the ball rolling on something truly beautiful.
Did you know that by 1995, the university had a spanking new campus in Minneapolis? They say somewhere in foreign land, there’s magic to be found. Trust Brother Louis to find it!
