Minerva Project was devised to bring a novel approach to undergraduate programs with the generous funding of US$25,000,000 from the pioneers of venture funding, Benchmark Capital. This successful pitch birthed what we now know as the Minerva Schools at KGI. You'd be amazed to know the stellar and intellectual team leading Minerva's rise. Stephen Kosslyn was successfully won over in March 2013 to wear the esteemed hat of Founding Dean, having left prestigious roles in Stanford University and Harvard University behind.
Stephen Kosslyn wasn't a one-man show, he dedicated his meticulous expertise to forming a sterling team of heads for the four colleges that comprised Minerva's School of Arts & Science.
