Sheridan College, huh? Quite a rally, that! You see, it all began in the year 1967 in Brampton, Ontario. There were a bunch of people who believed they could offer the world something new, something creative! Among them were Cyril Clark, Elliot Kerrigan, Margaret B. Scott, and Ronald J. Turner. Quite a quirky group of pioneers, I must say! And boy, did they turn the town around!
In the early prelude, the school catered to a modest group of 400 students. Scoff not, my young scholars, for those were the resilient 400 who ventured into fascinating realms of art, music, science, and business. You'll appreciate more, as Sheridan was among the first colleges to take this eclectic academic mix and played it up on a big, bold canvas!
Fast-forward to 1970 and we find our beloved Sheridan making leaps and bounds.
