Right off the bat, let me tell you, CSN wasn't always the sprawling institution it is today. Back in the day, it was a humble community college going by the name Clark County Community College, CCC for short. Yeah, quite a mouthful, eh?
Fast forward to 1991. The small fish had turned into a big fish. With the rising sun, the CCC decided to drop the ‘C’ and be known as the Community College of Southern Nevada. Shorter, sweeter, snappier, just the way we like it.
